We Build for People

LARQ CONSTRUCTION

Ronnie says what he does on the job varies daily. He spends hours in the field working with subcontractors to ensure the project stays on schedule and lives up to the company’s high standards.

He is hands on in every aspect of the company, from contacting suppliers and clients directly, processing invoices and admin related tasks. He keeps a personal touch on everyone he works with.

He was exposed to construction at a young age through his father and grandfather. He always found the history of the old houses and buildings fascinating. It was just after his matric year that he started working in Construction and in 2006 studied to be a quantity Surveyor.

In his free time, Ronnie tries to spend as much time with his family and friends as he can. He believes in building strong family bonds and inspiring others to always choose the narrow path in showing them that hard work and compassion will always pay off.

Relationships

We believe that building strong relationships is fundamental because as humans we're naturally sociable, so it makes sense that the better our relationships, the happier we are. This applies to our personal life but also to our workplace - good relationships with people you work with every day will result in you feeling happier, more engaged and productive.

Experience

Ronnie has 17 years experience in the construction industry and continuously expands his knowledge.

Accountability

Accountability in the workplace is important because individuals who feel responsible for their actions may be more likely to perform their tasks well and efficiently. A workplace that values accountability may also foster greater commitment and increased customer and employee happiness.

Our Mission

We Aim to Build a Better World

When used for the greater good, construction has the power to build communities, perpetuate lifelong careers and help those in need. It is evident if you look around that as the world evolves, construction is evolving right alongside it. Construction today is so much different from the industry we entered. Some of these changes have affected the way things are done in both a positive and negative manner; however, there have been some exceptional changes that have changed the industry for the better. There are a few different zones where we think these innovative changes can best be seen: green construction, increased diversity and community building.
